How men prevent women from evolving and thus gain time and power

Men make the outcome of natural, evolutionary development appear funny. Basically, they attach a sense of "shame" and innapropriatness to the consequences of action of development along the natural evolutionary path. They wisely follow the natural path but deny that opportunity to women.
Here is what I mean.
The structure of reality that prevents women from developing is embedded and is alive and well as we speak. Observe: for example, a woman is doing an exercise to stengthen her abdomen. The exercise consists off lifting one's legs and lowering them. Naturally, when the legs are lowered the noise is made when those legs hit the ground. But if a woman is made to be ashamed of the noises she makes (quite irrationally so, by some crazy association with absolutely innapropriate and unrelated things, could be sexual, body functions, etc.) she will be made ashamed. And she will be made to look...silly. And the result of this focus improper? Lessening of the impact of the exercise and a mental obsession. She starts to obsess over not making the noise and so removes the focus from doing the exercise properly and now is thinking of an irrelevant thing, taking away her attention from a proper thing - the exercise, and driving her mind mad about something that she cannot do anything about. So, instead of focusing on her body, and how it feels, and how it moves, and how it breathes, and how it exercises, she focuses on...not making noise. Not only it is irrelevant, it is also impossible! And she attempts, absolutely irrationally, to pursue this impossibility and moves away from her goal and from her development! And the man gains time on her and power, because she just now stopped evolving and he can go and make fun of her, attack her and harass her because her mind is already weakened and harassed.
