How American obsession with psychology ensures a woman does not develop

Psychology is based on the past: observed trends, patterns, accepted and not necessarily proven beliefs: Russians are KGB, all people with accent are illegal immigrants, all police presence is a sign of a police state, all ideologists don't get laid, all Americans are freedom loving, all Asian women are the best, all women are stupid and secondary, all men are the best.
Can an evolution take place in the past? Can a future go on if the past is constantly forced on it? Can women develop if all new attempts at learning and becoming they make are rationalized away with a few basic and accepted postulates: all striving women are lesbians, lesbians are anti-state, state is good, all striving women are bad, all striving women are not women, all women want to be fucked (logical significance? None. Psychological- a plentitude), all women learning do not really learn, all women are just time wasters and should know their place at home.
