WHY WITHOUT THE CONSTITUTION THIS COUNTRY HAS NO RIGHT TO EXISTENCE

Because a 'country' is an artificial contrived made up term.
There is no such thing as a 'country'.
This TERRITORY belongs to Native Americans, true or not true?
The only reason I see for existence of United States of America (Amerigo Vespucci? HA HA) is the Constitution. Ideals of humanity, charity, brotherhood, and evolution justify usurping this country from its Native dwellers and stealing their resources, but a war on imaginary 'enemies' and usurpation of other people's resources and kidnapping of their time, well being and lives IS NOT JUSTIFIABLE ENOUGH to possess this territory.
Therefore, the PATRIOT ACT is like signing off the ownership of the territory of the United States of America to...its original owners: the Native Americans. By PATRIOT ACT the current territory holders have given up the ownership of the territory and land to the original owners and possessors, the Native Americans.
Therefore, I announce all and any territory dwellers who dwell currently on the once known as 'the territory of the United States of America' to be invaders, illegal immigrants and imposters who call themselves 'Americans' but have no real claim and ownership of the territory once known as the territory of the 'United States of America.'
In other words: everyone, sign up to immigration office of Bureua for Native American Affairs.
SINCERELY
