Asserting their power only within white world - never in Africa. Tolerance for bullshit and chuzpah in Africa is zero: any African will testify to it, that is why Africa needs WORLD AID to resolve its own problems.
Other negroes have little tolerance for HUMAN RIGHTS, CIVIL RIGHTS and any such affirmation of oneself and one's rights... Ethnic strifes and murders across Africa speak of that. Ethnic blood baths, rather! which continue. Ghetto fights speak of that and testify to it.
