SHELTER SYSTEM: DESIGNED TO UTILIZE FREE LABOR?...

Are innocent students, immigrants, artists and other such segment of society made to become homeless in order to enter the shelter system to educate and 'help' the disproportionately large black segment of population of shelters?
Can parolees and ex-criminals share the same space with people of religion, Gods, spiritual tradition, respect and content? Can young innocent boys be cast into the same mold as a hardened and rather racially spiteful (black) criminals and criminal wannabes whose life and behavior are a testimony to John Jay student's case study load?
