Interrupted prayer and black attitude

Early morning
I head to the bathroom for morning ablutions and offer to my Lord Shiva
As a lay monk, and a student priest of Shivaism with Gypsy element, I offer a cup of light milk and prayer every morning
As I am praying and pouring the milk down the drain, I notice a smoking crack black guy who is intently STARRING AT ME AGAIN
He does not desist until I meet his eyes in the mirror, at that point he is starting to intensely, rudely and indecently to flirt with me, making faces in the mirror as well as mumbling things under his nose
He acts as if I was a girl, white whore for him to harass and was not engaged in own personal business
I finish the prayer infuriated and storm out of the bathroom.
On my out I loudly state that to interrupt a person during the prayer is not only rude, its obnoxious. The Negro person who smokes crack is not moved at all. Instead he smiles, acts as if its a matter of fact that I will get mad and says: I do this every day. THIS IS what I do every day. I am a Godfather
Funny enough, just minutes later as I am heading out of the building for my day's errands, soem Hispanic guy salutes me in the elevator with 'Heil Hitler.'
Interestingly enough, when a white person, especially the one who is perceived as a female defends itself, comments of racism, Hitlerism and NAZIsm always arise.
I wonder who allows that, why is that, and how dares this person to comment thusly to a Russian (i.e. Europe's and America's liberator in WW2).
Why do these people get away with destroying the integrity of ourselves and our lives every day, day after day?
WHEN WILL WE GET UP AND TAKE ACTION TO STOP THIS ABUSE?
