Crazy EMT

For all of you who do not yet know what happened to me.
On August 2nd, 2008, I came to visit my ex patient and friend, Howard S. Tom, the person whom I have known for six years. I have gotten there too early and had to wait for him to get back from his apartment. I started reading a book and my back got tired. Being a young, vibrant, lively young person, I got up to stretch out. I did a couple of energetic moves of Tai Chi and Kung Fun combined, mostly self taught and naturally flowing. As I stretched out, I noticed a black woman in the car not too far away with a camera. She seemed to be taping me. I did not want to be on camera in a private moment so I came up to her and asked her to stop recording me. Instead of either stopping or politely responding to me, she ignored me. I asked her again and received a rather rude response: shut the fuck up, get the fuck away from my car, or I will break you face. Slightly shocked, I stepped back but insisted she erased what she taped and discontue invading my privacy. She said that immigrants did not have any rights and should not speak at all on 'this land.' I responded that there was a freedom of speech and a right to privacy though perhaps not legally enforced but the one she should humanly honor and respect. She got out of the car and started beating me up on the back, head, spine even and neck. She then got back into the car and aimed her camera at me, looking very satisfied. As I got up from the floor I told her that I am surprised to see her without any compassion and attention to both the immigrants and people who respect their privacy. I added that I was not sure why she held such deep contempt for a freedom of speech. She threatened me again stating the she will 'knock out all your teeth' and started to get out of the car again. She was rather large and it took her some time, enough for me to go to my friend's stair case and dial 911. At that time some older white woman came out from the side and put herself between me and my assailant. The assailant passed, making loud and racist remarks to the whole street, and I called 911 and summoned the ambulance, upon pain and insistence of the witness woman who ended up protecting me. When the police arrived, they heard my story but took no report strangely enough, in spite of the witness and her testimony. The fear of the police seemed to be that the black woman (both policemen were white) would retaliate against white neighbors if they did their job and documented the incident. The ambulance of FDNY was entirely unfriendly altogether. The black female inside who was supposed to take my report, made terrible faces at the story and the part where a woman was announced as black. The ambulance worker asked me questions such as 'are you sure you did not deserve being beaten up' and 'if its so bad in USA why not go back to Russia' and 'what is it with you immigrants all the time' and 'did you ask her why she beat you up' and finally she got angry and refused to even issue me some ice for my bruises. When we got to the hospital, both ambulance workers seemed to be very flustered, especially the white driver man. As the doctor begun to examine me, the black woman tore up the report in front of his eyes and wrote out an entirely different story. She then submitted this story to the doctor. According to that story, I was found (NOT called 911 myself, you see!) doing karate on a sidewalk...upon questioning said 'a woman beat me up' (omitting the fact that it was a BLACK woman, and that I had pain 'in my brain' (even though I repeatedly complained of having pain in my HEAD after that person hit me with her fists multiple times. This 'report' plus additional inconsistency within it and throughout about a supposed story I have 'conveyed' betrays a forged record by a MEDICAL worker. I was denied proper medical attention and given psychiatric drugs instead, and imprisoned for the extent of four days. Besides not having my real needs attended to, I had a pattern of abuse by medical specialists establish so strongly that when I had a physical assault because of my gender identity expression, and had resultant fractured nose! I was put in a solitaire and denied all recognition of my problem as such. I lived in pain from that nose for days until I finally got a proper medical attention and receive the X rays and care I so direly needed.
This is why I am taking action and this is why I will come to see justice from both t he original EMS and the emergency room that denied me proper medical care and left me around with a fractured nose without drink all night in a solitaire with my friend too detained for being supportive, loving and caring.

Now these drivers, doing a rather energetic martial arts dance at the wheel, these ambulance drivers, can they be trusted to drive or is it not equivalent to being found doing karate on a sidewalk? And this is behind the wheel. There is a practice in China do practice martial arts in nature, but there is no practice around the world to practice capoeira! behind the wheel.
I would take this up with Department of Health.
This is a rather serious mental disorder, ladies, gentlemen and in between.
