Morning, I am searching the bathroom. Enter the nearest store - Au Bon Pain. Three ugly women, hispanic and black are sitting at the counter facing the street. They address the cashier who serves them a menu as 'mylady.' They are full of themselves and very important looking. They anaylyze and discuss customers and their attire, manners and such. They announce to me that restroom is for customers only. I inquire how much is an apple. '89 cents' answers cashier who is half here half there, paying attention to three ugly ladies who unabashedly make comments about me. I ask her how much for banana and trained by management or greed ladies burst into laughter, apparently acting as if to ask the price of a fruit was something unheard off. Clearly, the only way to win grace from these 'ladies' is to spend money like crazy, but why would anyone normal care to earn their affection or to impress them? The cashier answers through her teeth. I remark on that and she becomes rude. It isn't a totally entertaining story without properly described details of what made the encounter particularly nasty and ill-tasting, but nonetheless, ladies and gentlemen...Au Bon Pain, fave of FDNY ambulance, yet again!

ER Bellevue kicks me out; refuses treatment under false pretext

Doctor claims I have been placing my 'nasal secretions' all over hospital curtains.
Treatment refused under that pretext.
The management promises care; in the hospital for hours AND hours, no care.
Patient leaves the facility without having obtained the necessary treatment.
Condition? Constipation, severe digestive problems, unable to go to the bathroom for days. In other words: no poop. A rash that developed side by side with constipation could be a sign of fecal matter in the body affecting the internal system and manifesting otherworldly. Doctor claims patient's 'vitals' were all fine. Doctor leaves the shift without providing the promised treatment.
Sick and shaking, the patient had to leave the emergency room to follow up with the administrative office, where he had to call the duty officer. Social worker refused to help out and find out when the patient will receive the treatment. He claimed the patient was following up with something a few days ago: indeed, that same patient was in the hospital few days ago for a different health matter. When one does not have a health insurance nor the access to housing, nutrition and normal resources, many an illness and diseases develop. The patient has been homeless and sleeping on the street and subway for months now. He also was unable to find normal supplements for his health and was eating a lot of random food. He has come to the hospital for more than one matter as his health was attacked by unfair conditions and ruthless treatment from more than one angle.
Social worker Martin Hirsh LCSW was frolicking around and would not go to the ER to speak to the doctors. The patient, stumbling and exhausted, sick and nauseated was forced to seek relief in administrative office of Bellevue hospital. Arriving on scene duty officer did go over to the ER room where she allowed doctor Gulaty to YELL at the patient and accuse him of spreading nasal secretions all over the hospital curtains. The patient challenged Dr. Gulaty claim and demanded to provide the evidence for review. Doctor Gulaty and the duty officer made big eyes and acted like this was an UNHEARD OF thing to do. The patient loudly called upon police to collect the matter of evidence to charge him with the offense Dr. Gulaty felt so free to hang upon the innocent person. Dr. Gulaty told the patient that he can wait outside and be called when the hospital 'was ready' to see him. Hours followed, Dr. Gulaty has left the premises on the end of his shift, and the constipated and rashed patient was still in the hospital reception room, waiting and waiting. He left that morning without having received the services, and the is no relief for his condition as of now. He requires an aide but he had not received it from the Bellevue hospital.

'Yes, a BUSINESS CARD,' I clarified, getting quiet impatient (with two pressing appointments, a load of work to accomplish with limited 45 minutes in the library and a generally hectic and busy schedule spending so much time chatting and exchanging was not something I planned for nor had the allocated time for.). I waited. The waitress thought. 'Here, we got a menu', she grabbed a menu from a pile by the register and passed on to me. A bulky many inched thing ackwardly protruded and looked at me unfriendly. I looked back at it, with equal displeasure and thought about how many times I will need to fold that thing to place it in my wallet. Having decided against such option (the wallet space is limited), I insisted upon the business card. The waitress made big eyes and said that they did not carry such a thing. I inquired if they were new to the scene. 'Oh no,' the waitress happily announced, 'we've been around for a while!' 'Oh, I see,' I muttered as I existed Euro Diner's premises with a menu sticking out of my hand.

I am Dana Zakharov. I am a student at Grey School of Wizardry, which is a wonderful school which is structured after Harry Potter school in many ways, which is cool because I get to go to a school of my dreams. My school is situated online, having access to internet is important to me, therefore at least for this reason. I am unable to go online for the past month or so, because I am dispossed from my apartment and my laptop, computer, and internet are all in storage! I am very sad not being able to go online and do my homework and reading. My other school is Brooklyn College which I have attended for two and a half years.
I love Brooklyn College and I wish I had the money to complete my education but I do not have the money as I am not working right now, and not sure if I am able to obtain a scholarship or not. I love Brooklyn College and consider it in so many ways my Alma Mater. I dream of possibility of obtaining my degree in political science and social work, to become a politician and social worker.
My other passion is theatre, dramatic and performance arts. I study Indian, Native, Tribal, Traditional, Nordic, Slavic, Gypsy and all workd, ethnic, national, spiritual, and religious traditions, customs and ways of performance arts, drama, and theatre.

Today, I was contemplating the matter which gave rise to the above title. I thought to myself: how do I justify eating my bread? How do I justify being in this wonderful country built by non-immigrants for non-immigrants (apparently...)? How do I justify being...alive?
And that I thought about the provisions and orders for students of most religions and spiritual disciplines. Brahmanic students and sanyasis are prohibited from carrying money on them, using the boats or transportation (I know!) and from earning their income. They are prescribed to beg to survive and lead a humble and honest lifestyle until the graduation, when they will have a choice to either continue on their religious path or become a householder.
The students of religious and social pathways are acknowledged public servants. Not only they study to serve the public, they serve the public while studying in so many ways: with their behavior which serves as an example to others, with their prayers, with their manners and ways, with their choices, with their messages, with their teachings and with their interactions. How much more so a person who ACTIVELY engages in making changes in a number of venues and domains. Even though we (students and religious workers) do not contribute money directly to the taxes (how many do?). we make changes, address social, ethnic, national and religious injustices, create proposals, help pass laws, lobby, raise awareness, generate support, spread information, prevent tragedies, heal, encourage cooperation, mend broken bonds, create new connections, spread information, channel the spirit, distribute resources, help to obtain means and ways, advice, direct, guide, counsel, consult, as well as entertain, educate and elevate.

They drove off leaving a poor small framed man strapped in the subway where his business cart has fallen, alone and without help, to get by somehow.
I wouldn't be surprised to find out if he did lift the cart up by himself and ended up developing a severe hernia condition.

I head to the bathroom for morning ablutions and offer to my Lord Shiva

I finish the prayer infuriated and storm out of the bathroom.
On my out I loudly state that to interrupt a person during the prayer is not only rude, its obnoxious. The Negro person who smokes crack is not moved at all. I am checking out my e-mail and generally surfing the web at Miss K's Italian Eatery located at 30th street and Madison.
'Hey, do you have a problem?'I suddenly hear. I look to locate the sound of the voice and find a couple sitting at the table. A strange looking ugly female with large dark glossy eyes and dirty small ponytail accompanied by an equally unattractive and glossy eyed man. 'Well, do you?' insists the asshole at the table obviously not completed by his female partner. As I ignore him, he gets up and comes up to me. I notice the military uniform which he proudly displays. I smile inwardly to think of how much shit I am going to put him through in the next few minutes. Apparently, homeboy still thinks he is in Iraq fighting them 'A-rabs'. In a few minutes of time, our sparring game ensures: he throws thunder and lighting, promises hell on earth and finally openly states that he 'got power'. Walking around me like a cock in a fight field, he finally sits down as his unattractive female partner attempts to act queenly and establish peace. 'That's enough' she waves at me with her pale fat hand, trying to look royal. I burst into laughter: she is not only common, but most probably the descendant of the same people who executed some ancient nobility of the European house. To watch this bastard descendant of garbages and traitors wave her fat little hand at me in a lady like gesture makes me feel giddy with joy. 'You should set an example to all' I say and watch him start spitting thin spittles of saliva from the corners of his mouth. 'Oh, to whom?' he has a virtual hearattack. 'To all, to America, to students, to all around you,' I continue. 'And you shame your uniform. You harass women, children, innocent students, you act like you have a RIGHT to do that.' From the corner of my eye I am watching his female loose a thread completely and instead becoming mentally null. 'You are probably having sexual thoughts' exclaims the so-called 'millitary man' while watching me carefully and what is obvious, with arousal. I choke on my puke as I imagine him having sexual thoughts which are with necessity produced by his thought of me having a sexual thought. I think to myself that my sexual thoughts, are after alll, my affair. He starts going on and on how he has a right to be here, defends America (against whom? Most Americans and Americans to be? Against peaceful denizens and hard working people?). I try to locate him in the proper time nad place and explain that he is not in the military or in Iraq as we speak and needs to calm down. He jumps up. He comes up to me again. His face is the epitomy of suffering. He looks like I have betrayed him. I smile and tell him that he needs to go back to the fighting field is he is so psyched up or take the medications. 'Oh, you will give me medications?' he squeels and his woman makes a sound characteristic of little mice. I chuckle. 'No, not I, I am not a doctor, but I could refer you to one,' I become useful with a suggestion. 'You want to see how much power I got? I got a lot of power. Right now I am going to call somebody on the phone and the whole unit will be here.' Impressed by his command of English language (yes, the military stereotype runs deep...lolz) I look at him for action. He starts dialing. I realize I don't have a cell phone on me and make a run for the door to dial too. 'Any cop that comes here is going to side with me, me!' he screams almost hysterically to me. 'Because I am in the military!' His woman tells him to be quiet. He is probably implying that he will call the National Guard and tell them I am on the internet having sexual thoughts. I guess that's bad enough when you are around a uniformed asshole. 'You don't have a right to be in America,' he boasts. 'And you don't either,' I retort. 'I don't see you being a Native American. This is Native American land, after all, and you should try to remember we are all guests here.' I can swear he is crying by the time I leave and run to dial 911. I feel horrible for the waste of time of the 'unit' and police officers that will arrive to the scene. I imagine the ambulances taking away the guy because his woman has probably crushed his head with her stupidity by now.
I sigh thinking about how deeply down the drain the country has gone to the credit that is given to stupid, white females who have no merrit of their own outside of pretensiousness and high ego. I also feel bad for the mess the military is getting itself into because its personell is not properly contained behind the 4 walls and is not properly detoxed. Psycho people should not be given weapons, period. The guy is strongly advised to see a psychiatrist and his woman to seek a sincere and honest psychological help.
I am going to place a complaint with the military about the misbehavior of their personell and his costing me 2 dollars in internet time.
I am also going to explain how the units of men are dispatched to side with some pathetic soldierly asshole when he has a fight with what could be considered to be an equivalent of a teenage boy and a who is a student.
This is not only wrong, its ridiculous, and it costs the country billions of dollars a year, not the mention the ever growing national debt that our children and descendants will someday have to pay with a very high percentage.

I am a performance arts student, lay monk, yogi, naturopathic practitioner, shaman, priest in training, a devotee (religiously committed person who worships a God or a number of Gods), writer and playwright, game player and wonderer.
My main interests lay in whatever is said above.
I don't like talking or socializing with people I do not know and who do not share my group, affiliation or interests. If a person is a-religious, I don't like spending time with them. If they consider human authority higher than Gods', I most definitely don't want to do anything with them. This is one of the main reasons I do no have interest in my parents or their friends: they don't believe in the Gods, and I do.
If a person is not involved in performance arts, I too find it hard to relate. I like the company of open minded people, but also of Bohemians, fellow pagans and Hindus and monks, priests, students of liberal arts and sciences, religion and...sports.
I am very curious and like to observe, record and write, play games, rehearse, come up with novel ideas of dance and plays, learn rituals, observe the orders and feasts, practice yoga, and grow myself as a dancer and artist and priest.

Why so many people fail to recognize transgendered and any gender variation

Because they come from destroyed, maimed and abused blood lines of the people.
They only know basic immediate family which is of no blood, no faith and no of anything but only of Judeo-Christian framework.
That framework states: mother and father, kid.
It does not speak of cousins.

It does not speak of relatives or customs of fire, or medicine, or dreaming. On opposite, it strictly and without double meaning commands to kill such who practice such customs: stone them, banish them, and in other ways destroy them.

And so in these 'blood lines', there is no family, no custom, no tadition, no nothing. There is only hateful spouses merging and creating a child who is supposed to be either an...egg or a sperm. I lived from curses to public appearance, which I was expected (under the pain of severe punishment!) to keep up.
No initiative, no telling own stories, no checking to see what talents were developing: I was a form. My 'mother' used to say: a child is but a form, a mold. You pour things into it. Any wonder she married a moldmaker, no, really? I doubt she learned from him, she was then more independent. She used to do this a lot: reason as if with someone else who was petting her on the shoulder for making a false argument, twisting truth. She would look pass me, somewhere to my left, and have this devious smile spreading out on her lips, I could tell that she was in habit of doing something she did for a while now. She would reason this way with someone invisible, and pass me. I stood there and felt like my entire being was being engulfed by nets, sucked out and soul diminishing. This is when I learned - not was given!, but condenced my own! sword of truth and law. I forged it by myself, I learned to wield it by myself, and I learned the best way to protect myself and to inflict the necessary pain. I was protected, taught later, but I learned on my own. No one can claim credit for making me who I am. I was self-made.
My mother would reason everything of my own, right out, and I could not fight back because she guarded the form like a dog: what? Are you being rude to me? What, are you being obnoxious to me? What, are you speaking ill to me? Slap, slap, yell, yell, all day energetic drainage.
I had no time to develop. Come to think of it, I now understand what was going on: my mother did not want me to live, but she did not dare to kill me. So she tried to suffocate me, to cause an internal illness and some organ failure. After all, if I pased on like I was, silentely and with a smile on my face, she would not be really guilty, God gave, God took oh well...The other hope was that I was going to become an IDIOT and a complete and utter property for her possession. She could then trade me, sell me, and make a living out of me if my father failed to provide for her. I was a cute 'girl' and could be prostitutes for a higher price. And the husband that I would have gotten - akin to a john that would be made to marry, was to take care of the mother-in-law while I was to slave and serve her.

If I showed any sadness, tears or signs of abuse to the visitors, I was beaten by my father, on the face, and by my mother, on the head.
I was scolded, yelled at and made to starve and then overfed to stupefy my mind and soul.

: made to count the 'good' my 'mother' did like a poor man, coins given by a rich, intolerant unwilling patron of an orphan house, upon a visit by his authority to the orphanage.
You will not believe how I was treated:
completely and utterly with OBLITERATION to anything that was mine, of me, and specific to me.
ANYTHING of initiative that emanated out of me, met with my 'mother's' reprimand for some past 'offence' I have committed.
Offences were made up and ridiculous:
-accused of being evil
-accused of being cold (eh?...)
-accused of being a demon
-accused of being a bitch
-accused of being satan
-accused of be plotting to kill her (I was about 5)
-accused of being insensitive (I was a gentle, tender child with golden hair, cute face and a small button nose. I had a constant smile on my face in spite of a broken at the age of five skull, which to this day is not stiched. I was a shinning sun, merritting a compliment on my positive and clear nature from a neighbor, Tetya Luba, who will testify. This is how I lived my life: forced to find witnesses, testimonies, lawyer and defence against false accusations, lies and outright attempts to make me believe the opposite about myself, by my 'mother' and 'father'. I grew up doing own self-defence, lest I will become eaten alive, soul-wise. The ancient ones speak of that, and as Pagan, I know of that personally and in my school study (second year!). I had to lead a constant battle against the assault of the integrity of my self and my sanity. Even when I was presenting to my parents my creative works (!), even there they found reason and logic and threatened me with questioning of my sanity if I continued to be creative. My place was to be dead inside, dead outside, but they did not dare to kill me. A child of passion, I was not wanted. I now became a growing citizen of my country, important and cared for. I wish I was taken to an orphanage sometimes, I really do. No child should be made to feel death daily, sleep with death and wake up with death. I never got rid of any pattern of abuse, and throughout my growing and adult life I was prayed upon Judeo-Christianity, who is just my parents oversized and with control off your entire life. It was now THE TRUTH DIVINE without any responsibilities being held for claiming Godhood. Psychiatry abolished God; anyone guilty of believing, was crazy. No, not like it actually told you that (no, not like in the Soviet Union, where you actually got arrested for believing in God, then send to jail, then 'treated' or just kept imprisoned and labeled 'public enemy'), no, not at all. It did not attack the fact of your belief nor undermined directly its legitamacy; it simply destroyed all expressions, speech, appearance, behavior, activities and displays of such faith. It also went inside your head with questions, questionaries, and other probings to disover how you 'really' 'felt' on some 'issues': it presented to you Judeo-Christian framework, its products and questions, as 'neutral' and 'the norm proper' and asked your reactions, opion and views. If the views, opinions and reactions opposed the Judeo-Christianity, wrapped in the form of a question, idea, suggestion or presentation, you were crazy with some thing. A list and number of 'craziness' grew, as the Judeo-Christian servants - psychiatrists and psychologists started to run out of brain and power to record a number of 'transsgressions' against 'the order'. Judeo-Christianity was falling apart. Moreover, biology of people started to rebel, producing rare and 'interesting' diseases. Now 'regular' doctors stepped up to the plate: people started to present an interested research and money possibility. The medical industry split the bootie: psychologists and psychiatrists had to move to make space for allowance of 'regular' (non-psycholoigcal in nature lol) diseases and illnesses. Under the order of Judeo-Christianity, illness is a natural normal state, not health. Being physically sick all the time is expected of the flock; when it isn't, its questioned for its mental health: why the hell are you so healthy? Do you have 'powers'? Do you see 'visions'? Do you communicate with the 'spirits'? Actually, as pagans, we do. As descendants of Native American and many other cultures and tribes, we so very much do. And YES, we got 'powers' alright. I was questioned similarly when I was attacked by a black female full of racist venom, hate and anti-immigrant sentiment, on that faithful morning, two years ago: do you see things? Do you have visions? Judeo-Christianity broughts its whelps of the 'students' to train on me. While I sat there in my hospital gown, shaking from cold, shock, hunger and hurt back and head, they questioned me, sadistically, to the nature of my 'situation', never allowing the fact of the PHYSICAL ATTACK BY BLACK FEMALE to manifest. It is as if it never happened. My witness, you live in the neigbhorhood, you saw the whole thing, you don't need to step forward, but do you remember? There you go. In any case, let us get back to the subject matter: if you are faithful to your ancestral pagan ways, or worship The Gods, you are crazy by default.
Genders under Judeo-Christianity are a must; without genders, the wealth of storage of mitochondria will not allow such an attrocious usurpation. Growing up a-religious

Growing up a-religious in a family that has no God and no customs, is hard for a child who is Pagan at heart, and an old soul.
This was my childhood: growing up among non-believers, who mocked me for believing and following God.
My mother till this day asks me if I am ok mentally when I try to tell her about my worship and religion. She has no respect for my customs, and demands compliance with some arbitrary 'white people' laws. On a closer analysis, these are usually her own personal ways she poses as traditions in order to gain more power and control.
Why?
Because some people are inherently simple and a-religious.
And religious and complex people have little to do with them.
As hard as it is to admit, I can no longer force myself to mesh with people who even though may be wonderful, nice or sweet, relatives or not, do not share my religious, spiritual and karmic paths.
I enjoy celebrating holidays, discussing intellectual and religious texts, and generally spending time with performance arts, Vedas, religion and other such.
I cannot bring myself to deny this any longer; for years my mother made me feel guilty about being different, for wanting to be someone, for not complying with the false Judeo-Christian model and role of being a false 'woman', an artificial fake being, without a tribe, without faith, without means of survival. She bought into lies; she was always naturally inclined, she did not care about anyone or anything, besides herself. How different was her priest and preacher son from her! How she failed to reconize such simple truths and necessities of life as respect and recognition.
Come to think of it, perhaps she does not know how, but teaching a little girl to be an adult, when that girl is MY MOTHER is not something I feel up to par.
I should not be a parent to own parents.
My life belongs to the Gods and the arts; I should not be spending it arguing over something and being called names because I am not interested in upholding a framework I have proven to be false, against any nationality and religion that flows in me, and demonic and satanic in nature.
I pity those who buy into it, but I mind my own business, and frankly speaking, don't feel its necessary to engage in forced conversion. I only think about what's my next step and how my life should be to correspond to the ideals and principles of a good servant of the Gods and a performance artist.
I intend to use every minute of my time properly and with focus, attention, dedication and attention to the development of my plans and ways.
I do not have time for bs, nor do I want to support any type of badness, but work hard towards my goals and stay on my path.
I welcome those who share my beliefs, views, needs, desires and have skills and visions, to join me. I also request that all craziness be left behind the closed to them doors of my house. I ask to behave nice, to respect each other and most importantly, to trust me when I say something is out. We, the white people are REALLY messed up.
No, I am not exaggerating or trying to make anyone feel bad for us: judge for yourselves.
I don't know one white person who does not say: my parents were REALLY fucked up. Each white person you meet, is replete with stories of terror and pain, and experiences of a childhood that make one's hair go up throughout the body.
For years I pondered that wonder...until my most recent discovery of Judeo-Christianity. Analyzing the situation in the light of the destroyed tribal customs and boundaries, annhilated integrity of one's people and their customs, established by nature, biology and tradition ways, and most importantly the killing off a tradition and manner of a careful, selected and proper mating made things come into their right places. White people suddenly did not look as mysterious as before: they became clear. These were the representatives of various nations and ethnicites within the white races, disconnected, disoriented, uprooted and dislocated from their origins, proper places and inclinations. Within the order of Judeo-Christianity, there was one way: work somewhere somehow in something, and marry but hate your mate. One was expected to marry for reasons and incentives that should not attract any healthy individual; people's bodies were sexualized and commodified, and instead of a tribe with its richness, customs and evolution, each generation had to start anew, building its future and life on the quicksand of gender dichotomy, jobs that did not reflect anything of proper, natural and evolutionary and customs and laws that were imposed from outside.
Needless to say, the misfortunate victims of Judeo-Christianity had their minds and souls ripped out every time something tried to manifest simply because under the order of Judeo-Christianity, such as they were developing did not exist.
There existed an order of artificial family (most immediate), a job one hated and duties imposed arbitrarily one had to perform.
I cannot begin to describe the plight of the 'white people', because it requires a lot more time and energy, and right now I am too busy working and studying priesthood.

As a result, you will have all the particular and specific evolutionary developments of a particular culture dissapear out of existence because you refuse to acknowledge the fact that people have EVOLVED from the 'archetypes' you are imposing upon them. Most often these so-called 'archetypes' arise out of Judeo-Christian framework, and as such are necessarily tainted with the metaphysics and world view of those roots.

The culture is immediately deprived of its leader, its natural order, and hostility, hate and competition between genders is placed in turn. Moreover, the so-called 'scientist' invites other cultures and unleashes them upon the culture under discussion. He forces males to liken males and females females, destroying the integrity of personhood and origins of the culture, forcing the culture to give up its personal credit and nature under threat of violence (psychiatric: are you crazy?) or physical (will go to jail, will break your jaw, etc) or economic (want to keep a job? Apartment? Etc) and women of one tribe are forced to be likened to women of other tribe, and the general archetype that stems from JUDEO-Christianity is imposed upon all. My parents, were...faithless.
I cannot describe the extent of emptiness, loss and terror this produces on a child whose natural inclination is to be religious and spiritual. Perhaps devout Catholics and Calvinists, Orthodox and real Hassidic Jews, and true Muslims, as well as members of any other FAITH will understand me. It is, indeed, a tragedy for the one born thusly...
My parents had no faith. They were akin to two rather strange if smart animals. God to them was an invention of some pre-historic figure, who has gone the ways of dinousaurs: extinct. They mocked and teased 'God' in many different ways, and among themselves practiced terrible irreligiousity. In fact I would dare go further and affirm that they were indeed sacriligeous while I was religious. It terrified me, their lack of faith, their outright ignorance of important matters of faith, any faith for that matter. God was something so holy to me since I can remember myself, yet it was something my parents put easily aside. I can't blame the Soviet Union, I think it is more like a product of their nature and a personal feature or characteristic. And so, I grew up in a household terrible void of faith, and where a human towered over God with a scary and a lot more imposing and absolute authority. These authorities overriding God were my parents. They were worse than any most terrible evil God you could imagine: they were moody, unpredictable, hysterical, rather capricious and selfish to the nth degree. I was more of a Lord in my own house exiled by two impostors...I felt inside myself that we were at different levels: they were demonic, while I was divine. I could never think or imagine things the way they did it: it came easily to them, to me, it didn't.
I remember being young and sitting outside eating cherries....my mother's friend was over, and so were her children. Women were playing the usual game with children: ask them what they want to be when they grow up. When my turn came, I said 'a priest'. My mother was laughing so hard while her friend did not pause to deconstruct me and to mock me. No, they did not say 'women can't be priest', they said: blah blah blah and well, start thinking RIGHT. I felt then that I did think right, I wanted to be a priest, and that's all. My second rather beloved dream was to...become a dancer. I would watch runs and re-runs of ballet, various films and my attention would veer off the subject until a moment came, oh the wonderful moment of wonder, where people on the screen would start....dancing! The movement, the music and they strange and almost foreighn grace that seemed to carry them took my breath away. I was in love beyond belief with dance. I always knew, however, that dreams of higher aspiration (what I call them now, then I only had a vague inkiling of what was ok and what was not ok in the family; I was never taught to express my ideas, likes and dislikes and desires, at any attempt to express what I wanted to do or who I wanted to be or what interested me, my mother found a pretext not to hear: I spoke too loudly, my cloth was dirty, I was talking like an idiot, etc, etc, etc, and then she would always conclude: and I? I think I was about 4-5 years old then.)were not something you discuss in my 'family'. So it took me a lot of courage, walking around the house and consulting with my stuffed friends to finally come up to the woman I had to call my mother and say, more like shoot and run: I want to study dance. And I was off running away, far, far away from the impending and inevitable tirade of harsh, pricky, hurtful and humiliating words that were about to come, as they always did, and never failed. But I decided to use my persistence that time. I watched the right time again, and approached my mother, placing my word down like an ultimatum: I must dance. I started to refuse to eat food, and would not watch TV, my grandmother started calling alarms and my mother started to pay attention. I explained that I wanted to dance - I was made to be a fat, overweight child by my mother. I was once a slim, slender, naturally graceful boy whom she turned into a fat resemblance of something rather abominable and grotesque. 'But look at you, you are a small elephant, you can't jump like these beautiful women can! Who is going to lift you up, how will you practice' and etc etc etc. My mother put it quiet clearly that I won't dance. But she was forced to take me to ballet nonetheless. I sat there, in the waiting room, heart beating fast, dream of me dressed up and dancing away like the wind and the stars together! My turn to test came suddenly, and so did the end to my dream: my mother followed me closely and showered me with eyes full of hatred, despisement and negativity. The test for admission was easy: lift a leg, stretch an arm, jump. But under a heavy glance of my mother's eyes, I probably looked like an elephant who accidentally found its way into a china room...The teacher, I remember, looked very - how do you say, pristalno at me and then at my mom. I was then told to wait in the waiting room. I was so hopeful! When my mother came out, her eyes shone. 'Well,' I asked her, in half breathe. 'Well, of course', she answered, her face lit up with internal dislike of me and a pride in her persistence to prevent my dreams from manifesting, 'your bones are too heavy'. My heart dropped. I thought I would never be alive again. The rest of the journey back home I just listened to the wind. I think I became a devout pagan then: after this heartbreak. I think the wind and the elements found me because they knew what a wretched, full of pain and misery existence I led in my parental home. Loosing the dream of dance was like loosing an arm or a leg: irreparable, but you learn to live on, going through the motions of the day until the memory of time that once was different, fades, time that was when I dreamt I would dance, before the time of revelation that I would not.
For days after and even years (every time I erred and oh boy was it impossible not to err in the vicinity of my mother!) I heard the incident being brought up as an...example of my bad judgment. The woman did not have sensitivity enough to spare my feelings; I doubt she ever took her time to find out what my real interests were and what dance really meant to me. Its not that she thought it was a childhish fancy, she probably never even thought that I had an 'I' or a real self. I was more of an extra weight she had to carry, akin to an undesired pregnancy she ended up being stuck with...Alas...I guess she never let go of that weight lol, and still feels pregnant even today...Some people have it harder than others...Some loose dreams, others their minds.
And so, I did not dance. I think my father did feel bad for me: he at least had a dream, fulfillment of a certain nature (worked the job he loved, married the woman he adored, albeit with an annoying brat of an unwanted child he would rather not have, not right now at least) and respect of superiors and colleagues, plus something to show for in terms of education and personal accomplishment for a poor youth from a simple family at the outskirts of the world: the Sedymoi Kilometr....My mom, on the other hand, had gone down the social ladder: a daughter of a successful phramicst and doctor, a war veteran and Russian nobility (of course, denoted after war and made to live like a commoner), a girl educated with private tutors in English and music, a historian, gets knocked down by a half hooligan, half self made man and gets stolen away as a bride from a rich, successful and socially even higher young man of good standing and character! Yes, some semblance of pity did pass in my father's eyes as he heard a story of my 'failure' at my best dream. He did brush it off, however, not allowing excessive love for the unwanted child whom he blamed for ALL his problems now (the past ones as well, I imagine...) to come to close.
I went to lay on my bed, to dream.
Life progressively got worse. My mom's fits became acute and her anger uncontrollable and daily a threat to a small little world I was trying to build within me. Daily, she shuttered it with hate, dislike, abuse and humiliation. I learned to be a man even when she bit me: I just went somewhere else. In time, my GENDER IDENTITY DISORDER became hard to hide: mother panicked and started doing the 'aversion therapy' by insisting I was a lesbian. Gosh, I did not know what the word meant, but it sure sounded NASTY. The funny thing though, is that I really did not like women. Mother added: these people are sick, God bless them, but we don't want to have to do anything with them. So I guess my parents, educated, must have known about George Sand at least! They could not have been so uneducated and dull, claiming to have read WORLD literature! Sure Sand wasn't a classic, but if they did know music (and both played piano!) they must have known about Chopin's life.

For all of you who do not yet know what happened to me.
On August 2nd, 2008, I came to visit my ex patient and friend, Howard S. Tom, the person whom I have known for six years. I have gotten there too early and had to wait for him to get back from his apartment. I started reading a book and my back got tired. Being a young, vibrant, lively young person, I got up to stretch out. I did a couple of energetic moves of Tai Chi and Kung Fun combined, mostly self taught and naturally flowing. As I stretched out, I noticed a black woman in the car not too far away with a camera. She seemed to be taping me. I did not want to be on camera in a private moment so I came up to her and asked her to stop recording me. Instead of either stopping or politely responding to me, she ignored me. I asked her again and received a rather rude response: shut the fuck up, get the fuck away from my car, or I will break you face. Slightly shocked, I stepped back but insisted she erased what she taped and discontue invading my privacy. She said that immigrants did not have any rights and should not speak at all on 'this land.' I responded that there was a freedom of speech and a right to privacy though perhaps not legally enforced but the one she should humanly honor and respect. She got out of the car and started beating me up on the back, head, spine even and neck. She then got back into the car and aimed her camera at me, looking very satisfied. As I got up from the floor I told her that I am surprised to see her without any compassion and attention to both the immigrants and people who respect their privacy. I added that I was not sure why she held such deep contempt for a freedom of speech. She threatened me again stating the she will 'knock out all your teeth' and started to get out of the car again. She was rather large and it took her some time, enough for me to go to my friend's stair case and dial 911. At that time some older white woman came out from the side and put herself between me and my assailant. The assailant passed, making loud and racist remarks to the whole street, and I called 911 and summoned the ambulance, upon pain and insistence of the witness woman who ended up protecting me. When the police arrived, they heard my story but took no report strangely enough, in spite of the witness and her testimony. The fear of the police seemed to be that the black woman (both policemen were white) would retaliate against white neighbors if they did their job and documented the incident. The ambulance of FDNY was entirely unfriendly altogether. The black female inside who was supposed to take my report, made terrible faces at the story and the part where a woman was announced as black. The ambulance worker asked me questions such as 'are you sure you did not deserve being beaten up' and 'if its so bad in USA why not go back to Russia' and 'what is it with you immigrants all the time' and 'did you ask her why she beat you up' and finally she got angry and refused to even issue me some ice for my bruises. When we got to the hospital, both ambulance workers seemed to be very flustered, especially the white driver man. As the doctor begun to examine me, the black woman tore up the report in front of his eyes and wrote out an entirely different story. She then submitted this story to the doctor. According to that story, I was found (NOT called 911 myself, you see!) doing karate on a sidewalk...upon questioning said 'a woman beat me up' (omitting the fact that it was a BLACK woman, and that I had pain 'in my brain' (even though I repeatedly complained of having pain in my HEAD after that person hit me with her fists multiple times. This 'report' plus additional inconsistency within it and throughout about a supposed story I have 'conveyed' betrays a forged record by a MEDICAL worker. I was denied proper medical attention and given psychiatric drugs instead, and imprisoned for the extent of four days. Besides not having my real needs attended to, I had a pattern of abuse by medical specialists establish so strongly that when I had a physical assault because of my gender identity expression, and had resultant fractured nose! I was put in a solitaire and denied all recognition of my problem as such. I lived in pain from that nose for days until I finally got a proper medical attention and receive the X rays and care I so direly needed.
This is why I am taking action and this is why I will come to see justice from both t he original EMS and the emergency room that denied me proper medical care and left me around with a fractured nose without drink all night in a solitaire with my friend too detained for being supportive, loving and caring.

Now these drivers, doing a rather energetic martial arts dance at the wheel, these ambulance drivers, can they be trusted to drive or is it not equivalent to being found doing karate on a sidewalk? And this is behind the wheel. There is a practice in China do practice martial arts in nature, but there is no practice around the world to practice capoeira! behind the wheel.
I would take this up with Department of Health.

What Americans really are like

Remove the glory of atomic weapon. Look underneath the bravado. Peep under the profestation of equality, freedom and brotherhood. Civil strife, child abuse, manipulation of developing and growing woman-kind, outright exploitation of immigrants and students, slow, almost ritualistic genocide of anyone who is connected to spiritual or intellectual world. On top of that, don't forget to fork over the crust of bright, toothy and pink cheeked-corn-fed Wester girl plump and happy face, or a current lizard looking, bony, toothy still and gaping'n glaring "All American Gal", and see the monthly mold and maggots busting out of this "land of "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness"."
Do you know what's Americans' term for people who are interested in spiritual life or a life of awareness? Hippy. And what is American's name for people who are interested in learning, and perhaps even dedicating their lives to studies? Nerds. And what about people who are interested in philosophy? Philosopher. But said with a puffing of the lips, an exaggerated accent over the "lo" and a strong exhale upon completing of the pronouncement.
Americans are not educated at all. The so-called "universities" are places of trade. They are places where one goes to acquire a trade. Almost all and any attempt to choose a path that could ensure a dedication of life to arts, sciences, philosophy or spiritual tradition, is mocked. People are expected to be working only, saving, buying houses, marrying and sending the kids off to college. Almost the entire country, expected to do just that! And an active action is taken to discourage people from growing, evolving, developing! Do you know how the system is maintained? Through women abuse. Men use psychological techniques to scare women and make them into hysterics, so that they have no time to do anything else but obey. They get punished, like dogs, they get non-physically beaten, tortured, mutilated - psychologically, spiritually and mentally. They are crippled, forced into a false mold, told lies, denied in their attempts, stolen from, appropriated credit. American males will even seem it ok to fight with a little, developing girl!
And how do Americans treat anyone different from them? With an abhorent cruelty, covered up with sweetened sugar-candied appearance of normalcy. They are trained well with almost a CIA power psychologicall weaponry and they bring it into a peaceful town, and harass people in this town. Americans have opened up they assylums and now prisons too. The peaceful civilian population has been mixing with schizophrenics for the past twenty or so years, and for the past few years, with hard core criminals. Americans now are opening their jails and letting out the criminals to roam around the towns, harassing helpless women, students, artists and spiritual students and philosophy students! It came to a point that this criminal mentality of the lowest class hard core criminals is now running the country. In their greed, American government went against its duty and has completely fed off and abandoned the helpless and trusting civilian population. Do you know what maintains this mess in semi-order? Simple. Americans have enough bread, and, they have put their women to work. Women, in their cowardice and a simple function of rationalization - a variation on "he really did not mean that" are now explaining all the governmental evils away, in a vain hope to find some "hidden and secret" meaning behind these attrociousness. It is simple: without education and evolutionary process and period of time, a woman will not oppose a man. She is weaker, more abused, less educated. Their men have been deprived of all virtues and imbued with every vice. Among them, the lust being the leeding one. The imported females from Asia, mostly, dress, act and portray all levels of lust possible. American males are either made sinful, and therefore weak, untaught - therefore, weak minded. Trained to fear pain - therefore, unable to oppose a greater strength. Alongside with that, a cowardly semblance of "Asian wisdom" is being floated around: passivity is strength! On top of that, the knowledge of the Constituion has been slowly erased out of the minds of the people, and the people's weapons - taken away. Now Americans are akin to a home owner who is a captive in his own house, in boxers alone, without his gun, his dog or his telephone.
The chance at evolution people could have had, is being erased and fed to the hungry monsters, daily. That chance that comes from proper nutrition - not cheap and abundant shit food, proper education - not brainwashing and trade training, and good, wholesome and honest life, is none. Artists, spiritual students, philosophers, skillful folk, all are a life of a city. America - has none.
And on top of that, their WOMEN are being manipulated and taken advantage of as early as 5 years old! Look at the example of a concept of "beauty pageant" applied to children, and look at the consequence of Jon Benet Ramsey. WHAT DOES A FIVE YEAR OLD GIRL HAS TO DO WITH BEAUTY?
People struggle to pay the bills and learn some basic skills, because murderous father Cronoses are being unleashed upon their own children, preventing those from obtaining knowledge and skills necessary to get ahead in the world. Americans are digging out century old hates, prejudices, and complexes, only to....make money. They turn child against parent, and parent against child. The children, without education, roam the world, feeding of spiritual, mental, and psychological crap. On top of that, these children are attempting (some of them, at least) to learn some basic trade or skills, and meanwhile, the potential of the world, the developing girl-child, is being brutally taken advantage of by older, corrupted and horrific males.
It is so bad in here, so bad, and so pervasive, that is it hard to describe.
And to find oneself, awakening to life, having survived great abuse, deprivation, scare and pain, without too many skills and in the power of the evil ones, is very scary. Please, someone, help those who are not like these usurping and lying and cheating "Americans", help us.
We are so beaten, we are unable to feel the pain.
We are so turned against one another, we are unable to cooperate.
We are so made to fear one another, we are unable to trust.
We are so fed lies, we are unable to believe.
We are so mocked and taught defeat, we are unable to hope.
We are so taught wrongly, we are unable to orient ourselves in the world.
We are so schelleped around and swooshed in the primoridial sea of undifferentiation, we are unable to tell left from right, and therefore, to navigate.
We are so taught relativity, we are unable to confirm we are on firm ground, even when we are.
